CAD/CAM dentistry is a field of dentistry and prosthodontics using CAD/CAM (Computer aided and computer aided manufacturing) to improve the design and creation of dental restorations, especially dental prosthesis, including crowns, crown overlays, veneers, inlays and onlays, fixed dental prostheses bridges, dental implant supported restorations, dentures (removable or fixed), and orthodontic appliances. All restoration are digitally designed and milled in precision to provide a short or a single visit restorations.
- Veneers
Veneers are layers of material that are placed over teeth, veneers improve the aesthetics of a smile and/or protect the tooth surface from damage. There are two main types of materials used to make veneers: composite and dental porcelain. Transform the decayed, cracked or discolored front layer of teeth with ceramic materials such as feldspathic, lithium silicate or lithium disilicate using CAD/CAM technology in our dental laboratory to restore function and natural appearance.
- Crown & Bridge
Restoration of crooked teeth with crown or restoring an edentulous area with a bridge using ceramic or zirconia materials to achieve normal function, maintaining space and a natural look. A crown is a restoration that encases the entire top portion of a single tooth. A bridge, on the other hand, is a single restoration used to replace one or more teeth. It is basically two crowns with one or more fake teeth attached in between the crowns. The anchor teeth for a bridge are prepared in the same way teeth are prepared for a crown.
